Specialty Coating Services

For one project Cabin Digital required several special coatings.  Not able to find a local coating specialist we added a Tenney Oven to our suite of tools.  This oven, originally used for aircraft parts testing, provides a large thermally stable coating oven.  We have upgraded the system to a digital 32-step Process Controlled system.

Cabin Digital is a TechLine Coatings authorized dealer and applicator and also applies Houts Duracoat.  Oil shedding, oil retaining, heat retention, heat rejection, anti-wear, and improved cleaning are just a number of coating improved uses.  Our team also uses this system to apply and cure powder coating finishes.

In addition to the Tenney Oven, Cabin Digital also has a large 24x36x24 3000 degree Kiln for high temperature processing when required for cure or heat-treating.
