Rapid Prototyping of Mechanical and Electrical Products

Cabin Digital has a dedicated 1500 Sq. Ft. shop for prototyping and assembly of systems.  This facility is Cabin Digital owned and located as a standalone facility providing privacy and 24/7 access.

Our shop includes: Kern 150W CO2 laser, 36×40 Precision Machine Lathe, Tenney Coating Oven, High-capacity Kiln, Clean Room, MakerBot 3D Printer, Office/Design space and material storage as well as tradition shop tools, equipment and material storage.

A recent addition to our shop is a new Tormach 1100 CNC Mill and we look forward to 2015 and the new projects this amazing machine will bring to Cabin Digital.  We are currently evaluating adding a second larger building.

In addition to our shop, we are located on nearly 10 acres of varied terrain including paved, gravel and wood paths, flat, hilled and wet/dry areas with a continuous running stream on the property.  We often test our designs in the real-world right outside our door.
