Steve has over 20 years working in the Federal and Commercial Software
Development market.  He is a proven hands on software architect with a
broad skill set and thirst for working with cutting edge technologies.
His background includes the design and creation of America Online’s
enterprise level product catalog, inventory management, and product
dropship management systems.

Steve’s management style can be described as rolling up his sleeves and
working side by side with customers, managers, and technical staff to
guide programs and solve problems.  This results in a strong technical
team, informed customer, and products that meets the performance
benchmarks in demanding environments.

Steve’s expertise includes database
analysis, design, and tuning; User Interface design; Rapid Application
Development; Web Services, Cloud applications, Mobile Applications; Thick
client, Web Client, middleware, and back end processing systems.  He has
experience leading programs using traditional waterfall, spiral, agile,
and numerous hybrid processes to accommodate client environments.
